My Story:
I had Kemper Insurance when I was hit head on by a sander truck driving the wrong way in my lane of the highway. It was his fault! He was issued a ticket by state police! "My attorney" who forced his representation on me, denied that - along with denying he forced NO FAULT insurance when the insurance should have been AT FAULT! My agent was promoted and moved to Syracuse, NY - and the agent who replaced him in the office said it was none of his business! That my file went with the promoted agent! My father would go to Syracuse, NY just to talk to him on my behalf. I would say, Dad, it's all criminal! I don't want them to kill you!
My greedy brother who expected me to pay him off for his not succeeding in killing me in the hospital - accused our own loving and hard working father of just going in on it for himself! That brother and my other siblings refused to speak to their agents to get the law about No Fault, since my powerful attorney lied and could have given a crap about me! MY FATHER RISKED HIS LIFE AS WELL AS SPENT HIS OWN MONEY IN TRYING TO HELP ME GET MY RIGHTS!
Due to a corrupted attorney tied to organized crime, kissing up to my mother who had bad social skills and violated her marriage by not talking to my father about this, she signed an illegal lawsuit against the Town because I was still alive and of age!
She then began salivating over $750,000 for herself and she and my brother WANTED ME DEAD. IN FACT ALL MY SIBLINGS WANTED ME DEAD AND WHEN I SURVIVED, THEY DID ONE OF TWO THINGS:
1. Accuse me of not doing what I'm told regarding what this crooked attorney WHO WAS HIRED told me to do!
a. I lost all cooperation with Kemper! The agent was "promoted" in exchange for aiding and abetting an unlawful lawsuit when I was in a coma!
b. I just had to die to make it legal - my mother bragged many times she prayed I would die!
c. There was an incident with my brother who claimed the reason I screamed out for his name was really a former boyfriend 's name - how handy, since I was able obviously to stop him from killing me! I deduct this because the only thing he wanted was my money and even asked me how much I was giving him for being in ICU!
i. The abuse doesn't stop there!
ii. My relatives would use any tactic they could despite the fact my father would say back off! My father told me that Attorney Frederick Kendall was embedded in organized crime - and so was his brother Donald Kendall, who paid a hitman to murder the President of Chile because he refused to sell Pepsi products in Chile! The Technocrats FRAUDED that event now, saying it was a military coup - which was 100% lie!!!
I settled out of court due to all the lies!
The settlement I got was only $20,500! That attorney even took $500 from the $21,00 and gave it to Attorney Richard Capone - as a referral fee! WTF 🤬 That attorney lied about me getting $33,000! He didn't mention it was BEFORE his 1/3 profit!
My father was planning on helping me settle without any attorney and they pulled the rug out from under his feet!
The settlement stipulated that I would be covered for life for medical! Kemper would pay my medical bills and be reimbursed by National Grange Insurance - yes, a non-auto insurance, which is how Attorney Kendall applied No Fault Law to my case, to reflect the Town's sander truck driver was uninsured with auto insurance! This was all organized crime right in plain sight!
Who the hell is Kemper now, since Obama the traitor to USA was President Fraud?

Only a 4 yr diploma yet was made Secretary of Education! Historically those Secretaries have had phD's!
I had to leave my job to help my father! Not one penny of help by siblings and they made damn sure I wouldn't get unemployment even though it was law that I qualified since my father needed help!
I didn't know this until after my father died, yet my narcissist money-grubbing brother was calling the people I was interacting with and telling them I had been molested by my father - who was very against child abuse! Even joining fathers at our small church having a minister to pack his family and leave that night because they knew he was a child molester and even molested a few kids in the church!
Despite my physically being there, it didn't matter! They just wanted believe the lies! And that brother showed himself sleeping on the floor with his daughter on his Facebook page! He also cheated on his wife, married into more money, and continued to be a jigalo! Having nothing to do with me, like with all my other SIBLINGS, preferred to lie about me and gain public "importance" and not even communicating - because the criminal underworld was being satisfied and they would continue to reward them!

All the while knowing he was embedded in organized crime and no other attorney would take my case, and no sibling would even help me with that either! They just expected money!
I was also criticized for not forgiving and forgetting! In a coma for 2 1/2 weeks, in traction 3 1/2 months - almost murdered! On crutches another 3 months and having no physical therapy!
And they refused my father to help him modify the house so I wouldn't need to use stairs!
Yet give craploads of physical therapy apparatus to the Mayor's daughter, who only chipped her knee in an auto accident this same damned attorney made at fault! He got her a $90,000 settlement! She lived a half mile from the orthopedic group that had physical therapy unit! God forbid she go there since she probably was okay!
Life has been so damned corrupted from every angle! I win an arbitration when I lived in Minnesota! So what does Atty Kendall do in revenge? Get my landlord to evict me by getting the employee to delay payment for a week!

I am continuously abused - facing an eviction based on non-payment of rent by a landlord which was ordered by the court to remove $14,000 in fraudulent billing - yet they resumed the fraudulent billing! Nevertheless the Illegal Notice To Quit stated "non-payment of rent for August and September 2024" I showed I paid rent for July, August, And September -- all the same damn way!!
Where is the justice? I am abused over and over here!

1. I had Kemper Insurance, Not Lumberman's. They were only the underwriters - supposedly. Because my claim number had AMX in it, which is American Motorists, not Lumberman's. That was probably to humor themselves because my father had a short-term business arrangement to develop land for a church campground and arranged for a Canadian company to clear space for the campground. It was profitable also. His partner relapsed with his alcoholism and my father had the partnership dissolved.
2. I need the same thing that was mailed to me. The illegal intruders missed taking the envelope, and I have attached the image for your reference. Certified mail number is 7016 3560 0000 5166 2750
3. The individual I spoke to Friday claimed this was a workers compensation claim. I said how ridiculous! You use my car insurance and then describe it as workers compensation? Since Frederick Kendall snatched and grabbed my case using my mother when my father wasn't around - and I was in a coma, filing a illegal lawsuit since I was of age and still alive. I just had to die to make it legal and he sure as hell tried to make that come to fruition! I was rushed to the OR ...
4. I am seeking a duplication of my medical records which Kemper should have because they paid the bills. I tried to get a different attorney since they rigged it so I couldn't talk to Norman Kass/Cass who got a promotion and relocated to Syracuse NY. The agent of the office I took out my insurance in said he wouldn't talk to me or assist me in any way - they also sabatoged me by refusing to insure me again - despite it was clearly the Town's sander truck driver's fault.
5. Please include the response I submitted to your office because that's gone too. I may have the e-file but I need to obtain your copy just in case.
I will add more concerns to this if I think of any. I have no wifi due to more corrupted manipulations by my landlord who hired an attorney to evict me despite the court ordering them not to serve me a summons - the court did not respond to me and frankly I believe the judge is a paid actor!
6. I am not agreeable to ZOOM! It is unconstitutional to order me to do that! Pay for my travel and hotel expense for me to be there in person and exchange information including laws which I consider are violated - frauded by the Obama administration!

I refer to this crooked attorney, who uses his son and grandson to say they are HIM in court and the court doesn't care! He entered the BAR in 1987 making him about 70 - not in his 40's and certainly not in his 20's!
