Complaint: nonpayment of rent for August and September 

I proved I paid my Section 8 rent - same way, always on time, for years! 

And they continue to bully me! 

Note, it is my conclusion they expected cyber crime and illegal invasions to cover for them - steal my records as proof I paid, and also manipulate including deleting my files. - 4Jan2025

I'm close to having a heart attack or stroke from this. All I can do is rest and make my argument Monday Jan 13 - which is when my hearing on payments to court plus my trial is. 

They denied my request to to continue paying rent into court because the housing case was dismissed even though I stated I would be motioning to open. 

They granted my appeal fee waiver to include transcripts. The appellate court denied my motion for exemption - which disabled people can motion. I emphasized the validity of the case. They already knew I am disabled 


Instead, they claimed I eded to argue I am disabled. I said, "I get Social Security Disability - why?" 

I resubmitted it emphasizing my disability, how I get severe pain in my legs and back and cannot take all my papers with me to work on at the courthouse due to no space, and requiring me to stand in one spot. Additionally is the right to personal information. I have to use my email. I have to use THEIR system! Cyber CRIME is the court's main tool of administering their wants, not justice!

Emphasis: The RECORDING IS FRAUDED BEFORE THE COURT REPORTER GETS IT. I have not met a court reporter I didn't like! 

My statement regarding the coerced mediation meeting indicated 20 minutes, not 40. My text was altered before or after it was uploaded to this blog post Most likely Microsoft did it while I was typing my notes. I use WPS, not Microsoft now, but Microsoft hacks when I'm offline. They have much more difficult time to alter my WPS documents. But they manage to and I still have to be aware of that. 

The alleged Judge Alayna Stone presided - she was NOT Alayna Stone. And Alayna Stone 'juris number doesn't check out when I look it up.

     They got the BAR Association to add an A Juris Number. That only reflects intentional fraud all the more! Like Stillman Law did and their office in New Haven, CT was shut down! They had an attorney testify at the small claim hearing against me. 

I mentioned it several times! Also a 30-yr old FRAUD claimed he was Attorney Peter Hoops on October 31, claiming he wrote the Motion To Dismiss ! All of that was taken out of the transcript - the transcript was frauded! The court altered records claiming the attorney was St. Rock. I never met St. Rock and at the hearing on Dec 3 The attorney was claiming to be Peter Hoops, who appeared old enough to have entered the BAR in 1987. 

If I ask for ID they will just remove it from the recording of the hearing! 

The 8919 shows up somewhere else too. Some kind of Satanic code. Booga-booga πŸ‘Ώ if 1987 was switched, it would be close to the 8919... someone screwed up while frauding...a criminal behavior specialist would be able to determine that when interviewing the right person, that is.

The judge, Alayna Stone, failed to attend the housing hearing on October 31.  Yet she illegally ruled on the case, allowing a woman to impersonate her on October 31! Considering Halloween is when people wear masks, it certainly reflects deliberately breaking the law as well as showing no sense of guilt. Yet she ruled that she had no subject matter jurisdiction to hear a freaking housing case! A notice to Quit that was fraudulent caused it to be invalid. They fraud court documents when they can get away with it using a team of cyber criminals!

AFTER I submitted my Motion To Continue to Pay Rent Into Court, Devil's Chessboard appears!

🟒Housing Authority shocked the shit out of me telling me they are ending funding for my Section 8 Contract IN TWO WEEKS because I failed to complete what they unlawfully mailed me to the wrong address!  They have had my correct mailing address since before 2018! In fact I probably requested it right to begin with, to mail to my PO Box. 

My motion To Continue To Pay Rent is 32 Pages with Appendix. My scanner was disabled and I can only scan one page at a time so I cannot make PDF's to share in emails. I have to upload on my blog! 

I am a private person and overwhelmed from corruption in my life!

§1437f. Low-income housing assistance

Definition of Low income: (Title 19) 
“Low-income individual” to mean “an individual whose family income is at or below 150 percent of the poverty line.

What is Federal Poverty Line for me? 

The federal poverty level (FPL) for one person in the United States in 2024 is $15,060: 

But they still overcharge me and calculate it as if I have a $40,000/year income! 

(a) Authorization for assistance payments

For the purpose of aiding low-income families in obtaining a decent place to live and of promoting economically mixed housing, assistance payments may be made with respect to existing housing in accordance with the provisions of this section. A public housing agency may contract to make assistance payments to itself (or any agency or instrumentality thereof) as the owner of dwelling units if such agency is subject to the same program requirements as are applied to other owners. In such cases, the Secretary may establish initial rents within applicable limits.

(b) Rental certificates and other existing housing programs

[(1)] 1 The Secretary is authorized to enter into annual contributions contracts with public housing agencies pursuant to which such agencies may enter into contracts to make assistance payments to owners of existing dwelling units in accordance with this section. The Secretary shall enter into a separate annual contributions contract with each public housing agency to obligate the authority approved each year, beginning with the authority approved in appropriations Acts for fiscal year 1988 (other than amendment authority to increase assistance payments being made using authority approved prior to the appropriations Acts for fiscal year 1988), and such annual contributions contract (other than for annual contributions under subsection (o) of this section) shall bind the Secretary to make such authority, and any amendments increasing such authority, available to the public housing agency for a specified period. In areas where no public housing agency has been organized or where the Secretary determines that a public housing agency is unable to implement the provisions of this section, the Secretary is authorized to enter into such contracts and to perform the other functions assigned to a public housing agency by this section.

(2) 1 The Secretary is authorized to enter into annual contributions contracts with public housing agencies for the purpose of replacing public housing transferred in accordance with subchapter II–A of this chapter. Each contract entered into under this subsection shall be for a term of not more than 60 months.   Ref: Housing Authority,not the tenant 

(c) Contents and purposes of contracts for assistance payments; amount and scope of monthly assistance payments

(1) An assistance contract entered into pursuant to this section shall establish the maximum monthly rent (including utilities and all maintenance and management charges) which the owner is entitled to receive for each dwelling unit with respect to which such assistance payments are to be made. The maximum monthly rent shall not exceed by more than 10 per centum the fair market rental established by the Secretary periodically but not less than annually for existing or newly constructed rental dwelling units of various sizes and types in the market area suitable for occupancy by persons assisted under this section, except that the maximum monthly rent may exceed the fair market rental (A) by more than 10 but not more than 20 per centum where the Secretary determines that special circumstances warrant such higher maximum rent or that such higher rent is necessary to the implementation of a housing strategy as defined in section 12705 of this title, or (B) by such higher amount as may be requested by a tenant and approved by the public housing agency in accordance with paragraph (3)(B). In the case of newly constructed and substantially rehabilitated units, the exception in the preceding sentence shall not apply to more than 20 per centum of the total amount of authority to enter into annual contributions contracts for such units which is allocated to an area and obligated with respect to any fiscal year beginning on or after October 1, 1980. Proposed fair market rentals for an area shall be published in the Federal Register with reasonable time for public comment, and shall become effective upon the date of publication in final form in the Federal Register. Each fair market rental in effect under this subsection shall be adjusted to be effective on October 1 of each year to reflect changes, based on the most recent available data trended so the rentals will be current for the year to which they apply, of rents for existing or newly constructed rental dwelling units, as the case may be, of various sizes and types in the market area suitable for occupancy by persons assisted under this section. Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, after October 12, 1977, the Secretary shall prohibit high-rise elevator projects for families with children unless there is no practical alternative

Update 10/19/2024

They also hacked my phone or found it hidden in my apartment and deleted all pictures reflecting what Victor the maintenance supervisor did to me on July 2! It jumps from June 25 to July 2! More hacking here! The point I made was that I took sunrise pictures that very day, and also to prove there was no emergency! All of them were deleted! It didn't jump to July 2! 

I need to change my screen lock pin! 

     ILLEGAL EVICTION Notice To Quit was crumbled in my door on September 18! 

I was taking screenshots and pictures every day with both phones, especially of Sunrises. I only stopped due to this ILLEGAL EVICTION ATTEMPT, Which is Modus Operandi from 2019! They lost  Yet resumed illegally charging me and kept saying "you have two leases" as an excuse!

     My annual income is less than $14,00 and the landlord has no legal right to add charges over the Section 8 Rent! I paid the Section 8 rent! They got the HUD funding! 

 Finally the $14,000 was removed by court order yet they refused to provide me the order on that and still resumed with illegal charges! - 1/19/2024

This was the business card they handed out to tenants...

The current "manager" went from property manager to people manager (Kyle Huckle) 
     Note to Kyle: people don't pay rent to be managed! 

Here is his prior business card WHEN HE WAS EMPLOYED BY BOZZUTO! Same property: 360 State Street! 


Dragana LaCore, a Ukrainian, was property manager - puppet. 

Kyle became Property Manager when they said Dragana was fired.

 Dragana is back, as Representative of Who The Hell knows - depends on what day it is! 

The Chief Clerk claimed I couldn't title my case as that! He wrote in Anne Bradley vs ANSONIA STATE STREET, even though I said there's no proof they are the owners! He wanted it to match the other case I said, "Whatever!"

    There is no business registration for ANSONIA APARTMENTS, and Housing Court keeps letting them be Plaintiff in housing cases! 

ANSONIA APARTMENTS IS EVEN ON THEIR $89 BILLION MORTGAGE! 

            Agent of Service: BEACHWOOD RESIDENTIAL 

WHICH THE SECRETARY OF STATE CHANGED TO BEACHWOLD AFTER THIS - AND IS REFERRED TO IN THE MORTGAGE! 

The Kicker is, the chief housing clerk told me at the housing court office, Beachwood is located at 141 Temple Street, New Haven, CT - so I added that to the form he had me rewrite. 

There is no solid info for that address; probably a wildcard for crooked attorneys and politicians.

Update 12/21/2024 - that address is owned by the same company that stole my rental deposit of $1600! Colonial Fountain Management 😀, owned my prior apartment on Prospect Ave, New Haven! Oh, I already noted that ..oops..

Update: there was a misunderstanding. Address is 142 Temple St, owned by 

COLONIAL, LLC -  a name which resurfaces like puke! My prior landlord owner of Tudor Apartments - which literally stole my $1600 deposit! They had a two-bit comedian Barry Weintraub represent them at the small claim hearing - I brought the action against them! The judge said it was none of my business when I requested Weintraub prove his credentials! The judge was a fraud and probably a paid actor based on my observations now! - 12/15/2024 

Obviously tied to organized crime! 

No doubt Housing Court will rely on Cyber Crime to fraud records and by pushing buttons! 

After that, the underground organized crime used cyber crime to create a new business account: BEACHWOLD 

It can't be more obvious how fraudulent they are on a continuous basis! 

Note, now the records now show BEACHWOLD - no doubt with cyber crime by the Technocracy based on my conclusions. There was no BEACHWOLD anything. --discovered 3October2024 

    

The court would not allow me to make copies of the appendix for the defendants! I said, "All I need to do is print them - you can look at them if you want." But no, obviously more tricks up their sleeves! Here I was given the Marshal's list to arrange for them to be served! He also rigged it so the forms would be completed by him AFTER I sign them! 

They are allergic to TRUTH, that's why! --5Oct2024  

Still waiting for my fee waiver to be granted. All documents - Housing Complaint and Appendix - were supposedly heard  in court October 3 yet I was not called. They're probably too busy FRAUDING records to fit whims! 

The clerk bitched about my typing all this information; then turned around the next day telling me I had to hand-write it on the damn form with which didn't even require it or had space for it! And had the audacity to claim, "We have to do this correctly" - it is typical manipulation in court.

I was told years ago I couldn't file a housing complaint in court! Including by Judge Cordani. I was just told this week I couldn't file a housing complaint! I saw in an impressive blog state I certainly can. 

When an invalid Notice To Quit is so-called served, it has no affect! 

Since the Technocracy was keeping me from finding the court form, I presumed there wasn't one so I submitted a motion. They refused to take it in, snapping at me and saying YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING. 

Bullshit! 

I found the form and went back the next day, and he pulled the crap about handwriting all defendants on the form and put their addresses. 

So I did that and he turned around and said I didn't have the agent of service!I said, That's why I typed the complaint attachment - it's all right there. He said, You can't refer to the attachment. You have to handwrite it. I said, "The form doesn't even require it!" He said, "Well we can't think of everything. You have to handwrite it in or we can't accept." 

This gave them time to fudge records!

3.    The parties entered into a Section 8 Housing Lease as of January 11, 2013.  Rent was prorated for that month and due on the first NLT 10th of every month thereafter, which tenant has timely paid, even over paid since storage fees are on-site and charges are part of the rent which are required to be submitted to Housing Authority, which they call themselves as ELM CITY COMMUNITIES currently.

4.    The rent for the apartment, made by complainant-tenant is $198.00 (tenant's portion) per month and it is due NLT the 10th of the month.  RENT IS ALWAYS TIMELY PAID BY THE COMPLAINANT.  Housing Authority portion is currently $668.00, which totals with the tenant's portion $866, as apposed to original fair use and value of $931 and most likely due to an abatement which resulted after the owner of 360 State Street was ordered by the court to remove their fraudulent charges.  

    a)    Erroneous attempt to evict the tenant was made in 2019 when their conspiring with state police to get her falsely arrested, assaulted, and falsely imprisoned in 2018 - failed to result in evicting her.  Letters submitted to both landlord and Housing Authority had no effect, got no attention.  These letters are difficult to locate now due to cyber crime and deletion of many files.  Due to having to retype this complaint because of more cyber crime today, Plaintiff attests that she will have to pick her battles and therefore submit all she can today and may need to append in the current future.  

    b)    Note, the eviction attempt resulted in the judge being called to his chambers; at which time thereafter he gave plaintiff her legal rights on that wrongful eviction, which should have never been docketed due to illegal Notice To Quit and fraudulent billing. 

5.    Notice to Quit issue should be redundant DUE TO THE NOTICE TO QUIT BEING INVALID. 

    a)    Housing Court claims the tenant may take no action as a rebuttal, which plaintiff considers LACK OF DUE PROCESS. 

    b)    It is improper and noncompliant with the law for the Notice To Quit to be backdated over a week before the tenant sees it wedged in her door without any declaration page to verify the issuer as well as the purpose.  Statement on the form claiming rent for August and September were not paid is a lie; tenant is providing proof with the banker's notations that they were cashed by the owner and when.

They were using some kind of air gun to force garbage flies in my apartment through the door! I heard the gun go off and large numbers of those gross things were inside my apartment at the door! I had to aggressively spray with rubbing alcohol, 91% strength, and clean all surfaces with Clorox and soap! It happened several times while I was sick at home. I finally got smart and taped around the door on about the 15th.-18th  On the 18th I saw a paper crumbled up, wedged in the door. I thought it was a bomb! It wasn't until I left the 20Th that I realized it was a bogus NOTICE TO QUIT backdated to September 12! And my neighbor came out on the 20th and said someone was looking for me on the 18th. I told Cindy they shouldn't be using her like that - they should have gone to management which was open, or check with the concierge when they were allowed in the building. Nobody can go past the 5th floor unless they are a resident or have permission from management. SUPPOSEDLY! This place is so f*ked up they can get away with murder!

They used some kind of white putty in my tub and when I complained, they illegally went in my apartment and they made it worse! 


Because they removed "the tip" of the faucets to make them spray out, I clamped portions of plastic gloves but have to replace frequently. 

They just can't leave my apartment alone! They see I made a solution; they do this to the faucet: the yellow rubber is all ripped by illegal intruders! 




This Black mold was caused by turning off the dehydrator that had to remain on. Luke, a really good maintenance specialist, told me that in 2014. It's all over my windows! He said someone turned it off back then, when my windows were getting sopping wet. 
Luke turned the dehydrator back on, by the way. That was 2014. 
There is so much more damage in my apartment caused by illegal intrusions, vandalism! 

    c)    There is the additional issue of RETALIATION BY OWNER/LANDLORD DUE TO LONGSTANDING ABUSE BY THE LANDLORD, TO INCLUDE ILLEGAL ENTRIES ON A WEEKLY BASIS AND ON JULY 2, 2024, the  maintenance manager forced his way in her apartment while she was taking a bath.  She kept screaming to get out.  This was all documented to the landlord, at which time its representative, Kyle Huckle, said, "I was told not to respond to you" which is actually the only thing he does well. 

6.    The plaintiff was illegally served a NOTICE TO QUIT IN 2019 for the same issue as now, and plaintiff considers this MODUS OPERANDI with illegal service, illegal NOTICE TO QUIT, AND FRAUDULENT CHARGES.  The hearing was excessive and one-sided to help the landlord until the judge was called to his chamber and received a phone call.  This was a very stressful circumstance for the plaintiff, yet she won and eventually an unknown court ordered the landlord to remove the fraudulent charges and they posted this almost $14,000 adjustment to her account in February 2022.  They refused to provide plaintiff with a copy of the order. 

    a)    Emphasis:     Plaintiff found a backdated Notice To Quit without proper legal format (no cited law, etc as required in the example by the court), wedged in her door on September 20, 2024 during a longstanding illness of a viral flue, WHICH THE MANAGEMENT WAS WELL AWARE OF, FOR INSTANCE THE CONCIERGE WAS CALLED ON THE 11TH OR 12TH TO HOLD THE ANTICIPATED ORDER OF WOOD CRATES FROM HOME DEPOT.  (provided in appendix)   There were supposed to be 6 yet there were only 3

Error on my part; the number was 5,and two were not there...has no effect on the case information...

 when the plaintiff picked them up on the 20th.  Home Depot informed her she would need to get to the store by Wednesday, tomorrow, 10-2--2024, to get the other three or she would have to forfeit them and just get a credit on her account.  The wood crates are difficult for them to stock now and it is imperative she get these tomorrow.  Having to retype this form has caused much loss of time in presenting this to the court.  

7.    The landlord has failed to perform his/her duties to maintain the premises; 47a-7 ALONG WITH VIOLATIONS OF US CODE TITLE 42, SECTION 8. 

    a)    Due to the landlord cutting off access to wifi for over two years, after a complaint was made about the maintenance manager deficating and urinating in her trash can in her bathroom, plaintiff has a very difficult time in retrieving emails to validate communications.  Yesterday, 9/30/2024, she spent hours using the wifi at China King Restaurant and ordered several prints from her emails.  Most did not print!  This also is CYBER CRIME to favor the landlord/owner. 

    b)    Illegal entries have taken place on a weekly basis.  Vandalism and theft usually occur.  They also replace parts in her apartment with broken ones, obviously to be a "quick fix" for another apartment.  This has been deliberate breach of the contract and despite verbal and documented complaints, they only become worse to her. 

I'll be back. I want to finish editing this, due to cyber crime but need a rest from it due to trauma - and having cyber crime over and over again is trauma in itself! --5Oct2024 

    c)    LCI, with the City of New Haven, is additionally non-responsive!  They also join the landlord/owner to give her a hard time - accusing her thereafter of most absurd things, spending 5 minutes in her apartment and leaving, not caring about all the harm they have done to her apartment, including removing the sprayer parts of the faucets in the bathroom to make the water spray all over.  Additionally she has mentioned how they damage her clothes and even painted black on all the vaginal areas of her underwear; cutting the crotches of pants, and more.  Details have been documented yet it is obvious their frauding records takes precedence!  

THE TENANT REQUESTS: 

1.    An order requiring the landlord promptly to make repairs and to perform his/her legal duties under local, state, and federal law. 

    a)    This apartment has not been maintained well for several years.  Plaintiff has had to sleep on the floor for two years due their vandalizing her bed, yet it was recently fixed.  With orthopedic problems stemming from when a 20 ton truck slammed into her head-on and causing her to be hospitalized for 3 1/2 months and on crutches for 3 months several years ago - this has been a very painful two years for her, of which she is still trying to recover from.  And the trauma of the maintenance manager breaking in her apartment, posing  a threat to her very life, is additional setback to her life.  

2.    An order appointing a receiver of collect rents

    a)    CONTRARY TO AFORESAID FORM; the money is not be used to "correct conditions in the property, which violate local, state, or federal law".  The money should be held in escrow to show good faith that the plaintiff pays her rent timely, and plaintiff requests this court to remit it back to her after a full hearing of this case.  

3.    An order dismissing the NOTICE TO QUIT, dated September 12, found in door on September 20, which is typical fraud by the landlord. No marshal rang her doorbell.  No marshal knocked on her door.  No marshal went to management which was open, and located on the floor below, or ask the concierge to call her when the concierge actually allowed the marshal in this building.  Due to renovations about 3 years after plaintiff became a tenant there, no one other than tenants ma go to any floors with apartments without permission of the tenant or management.  Should that marshal live in this building, that would prove direct CONFLICT OF INTEREST, particularly since there is a lot of pay-to-play going on here.  

4.     An award of MONEY DAMAGES which may include a retroactive abatement of rent payable into court pursuant to 47a-14h of the General Statutes.  

5.    Such other relief in law or equity as the court may deem proper. 

SUMMARY

This summary is being modified from the prior one which was typed due to time factor.  Therefore plaintiff will just briefly refer to some of the incidences which have occurred - several were brought up in the housing court in 2019; which were ignored by Judge Cordani.  He was deadset in helping the landlord/owner, refusing even to determine who the landlord really is, and who the owner really is - being that Susan Ngyen, who replaced Dragana LaCore and later got married so her last name is Brennan, made ignorant statements such as "We didn't have to change your lock before you moved in.  You can trust us." Changing locks is MANDATORY, particularly for Section 8 tenants and this complex could have been freely roamed by anyone for three years.  Who knows who even has the extra copies due to the failure of  key inventory control and they had a key machine AND most significantly (since the prior maintenance manager was professional and knew what he was doing; but he was transferred to the "twin" apartment building after it was erected, about 3 blocks from this one) BOZZUTOS GAVE CONTRACTORS KEYS TO ALL APARTMENTS and with the record of dishonesty that they have, this provides reasonable cause NOT to trust them.  Emails would have been useful.  Plaintiff is unsure how many they got Bill Gates or Google to delete by hacking her gmail or laptop.  Her prior laptop was destroyed by cyber crime.  The attack immediately destroyed her Dell computer on or about 2016.  

1.    Apartment lock was never changed

2.    There was no initial inspection or full inspection thereafter except on one occasion which was probably 2015.

3.    Damage to the door by the maintenance manager. 

4.    Replacing cupboard shelving pieces, which were plastic, which actually made the shelving not even hold anything.  Those plastic pieces were never replaced so the plaintiff took the shelf out.

5.    Note, bathroom door lock was replaced with a lockable doorknob due to continuous theft in her apartment. 

6.    Someone took a chip out of the floor tile the same day which plaintiff moved in the apartment - claiming it would cost $550 to repair.  Upon discussion with the manager at that time, it was decided not to be her responsibility yet they never documented anything in her file after viewing the file in 2016. 

7.    Bathtub has been damaged; they removed the good drain cover on the base of the tub and replaced it with defective one which was somehow remotely controlled because they would have it drain out all the water on a frequent basis.  The plug was actually pulled out with force by a caring person; most likely the FBI agent plaintiff informed, or one of his cohorts who may have lived here.  That was very helpful, being that they rigged the drain to not catch any hair, completely the opposite of the drain that was in it, which worked fine - all done while illegally entering her apartment.

8.    The light in the kitchen makes the plaintiff sick so she stopped using it.  It is a huge LED light which about 3-4 feet long.  Most likely they were using remote controls to cause excessive radiowave activity.  

9.    They control the electric, the stove, the refrigerator and there have been many problems - destruction of devices, causing the stovetop to heat when it was not even on.  The ice machine in the refrigerator has been broken for several years, and more.  There just is not enough time to mention all the problems yet a thorough inspection by a reputable person would identify them.  

10.    Windows have black mold around them due to the maintenance turning off the dehydrator which is supposed to be on all the time - they did this in 2018 and only this past year turned it back on. This place is like their playground for abusing plaintiff.  They enjoy targeting her because she is against corruption and have been greatly harmed by corruption. Organized crime likes to aling with organized crime.  

11.     Appendix to this complaint of 7 pages (6 pages attached) will have to be submitted forthwith.  It comprises of over 200 pages and needs to be scanned and completed for correctness.  It is hopeful to be submitted by Friday this week.  A partial segment was considered to attach yet would not be complete and may disrupt processing.

I had more details and cited laws on other typed complaints which were disrupted by cyber crime - Bill Gates since I was not connected to internet AND THE REASON WHY I STOPPED USING MICROSOFT BECAUSE OF THE CONSTANT CYBER CRIME BY MICROSOFT.  

These billionaire Techs do not deserve a penny and all their wealth should be seized and put to good use.  They serve the corrupted politicians and have been parasites of the government.  I have been cheated by the government time and again as well as cheated by others and when I take them to court I do not even get due process of law.  Making this complaint was necessary.  They know damn well how crooked they are here at 360 State Street - just like they know the shooting at Sandy Hook was fake and Adam Lanza did not even exist and Obama stole over a trillion dollars from the economy.  He, Trump, and Timothy Geitner illegally printed trillions more!  It is catching up with this country very fast and people are moving their families to Russia and China when they can afford it.  

I have had several traumas here. Two involved sedating me, most likely with chloroform on the first occasion.  I was stupid enough to volunteer for a nonprofit which actually swiped up a lot of money from the Petit Foundation (Dr. Petit married his niece who was spitting image of his wife, obviously he was cheating on her and it is a common thing for husbands to cause their wives to get MS particularly when they are doctors.)  The Sandy Hook donations was also scattered around, including this nonprofit, UNITED WAY.  

I was asked to stay longer, past the last bus in that area and offered a ride home.  I do not even recall going to my apartment and was in bed with some of my clothes on waking up 30 hours later and not realizing that it was a different day.  Additionally, all my files were spread all over the kitchen floor!  I have yet to recover from that since I only had time to put them back in the cabinet and moved the cabinet to my very small bathroom yet i got a doorlock and replaced the doorknob that they had on it.  It is oftentimes not a secure situation since I often have left the door unlocked to keep air circulating and just forgetting.  

There was another incident too and I woke up with a huge welt that was almost black on my back.  A friend told me it looked like they kicked me in the kidney.  Due to horrible medical service in this city and state, I did not have a doctor that I could see.  I have a reputable doctor now out of state.  Yet I have not had time to even communicate anything to him lately.  I cannot use the med app due to cyber crime by the manufacturer of my phone.  They have also harmed my banking app.  

There is more and more and more.  This shit never ends here.  It has been a nightmare living in this corrupted state, which relies so much on organized crime to generate money, they welcomed Warren Jeffs with open arms to purchase the storage unit facilty I had my storage unit in. Warren Jeffs made such big money trafficking the children from his polygamist sect that he owned property and probably siill does - all over the USA.     Doesn't matter he is in prison and not doubt CIA will find a way to get him out since sex trafficking is big business.

He was charged so many counts of embezzlement that he should have gone to prison for life! He was the prosecutor on a case against me, which University of New Haven conjured up! 

This state is a hellhole! The case had no probable cause! I was charged reckless endangerment by Officer A$$hole. He said the victim was the university president, who never even issued a letter of complaint let alone attend the preliminary hearing AS LEGALLY REQUIRED unless he is mentally ill! 

Reckless Endangerment is a charge against a minor! 

The case was required to be dismissed if no disposition in a year! I motioned that and many others yet these bastards kept it going! And 6 months later after denial of my motion, Hurley gets arrested on over 100 counts of embezzlement!

I placed a correction on the date of the Answer and she made a copy, since the other case number had a 5 instead of 6 - due to cyber crime! She said she would uoad it - Either Atty Pitt altered it or he had someone alter it! He lies to me, so itis obvious he is not making errors! My arrow was at the left of the "e" and I underlined the "5" which should be a "6" 

Date of Answer was the 24th as I recall, same day as appearance! I even think that is on the case information! So this form was frauded where the date is.

I couldn't use my own laptop because they remotely hacked it many ways, changing words, etc and freezing my mouse pad so I could not go to anything. I had to type something at the courthouse and since I had to before, I typed over another document, changed the case name and number and unfortunately left the certification with a nonapplicable attorney - both who have fraudulent appearances as out-of-state attorneys which is pro hac vice. They probablynare not attorneys, even. The one who appeared at court was way too ypung to have entered the BAR in 1987! 

The court frauded my two page document, removing off the "X" over the other attorney"s name, probably to accuse me of not serving them. I had to use the court vomputer and will show what is uploaded on the court case:

There is no "X" with my initials! So they frauded this document using the very same criminal process which frauds use! I faxed it to the scumbag atty "phoops" and he probably was the one who frauded it abd uploaded it on the case because Atty Pitt claims tgey gace the power to do that!

I did not give her the fax confirmation. The confirmation was 4:51pm. I faxed it before it was taken to the court, with littlevtime to spare -  so I cannot tell who frauded the upload, as I think of it. since the first page is stamped. Why was there an "X" put on the date stamp? To mock my "X"?  She took a few minutes in the back and I expected she showed ut to Atty Pitt. The "X' is probably his habd writing or possibly the asst attorney's handwriting.  

Filing attorney and judicial complaints is futile here. They either give "it"s not my job" answers or say the hearing they had with them "proved" they did nothing wrong - and ofcourse documents get frauded. That is why Hoops separates out his motion, which had been stated in court to not be acceptable due to excessive filing, etc. And only accepted if they need more time to produce the Memo Of Law. 

The court printer was blowing ink out - that can be done through remote control - and one guy who may be doing that was in the court services area a day when the court services clerk was not in. He asked me to help him make copies. I said "no, I do not work here." I expected it was a set-up and I do not go near people as a rule, to the best of my ability.  He then made a comment about my over-using the printer when all I printed was 6 pages, and what the hell authority did he have?  And he left a few minutes after that, disabling the copier! He made a couole copies and obviously did something after that. I had to ask housing to copy all six pages rather thab just tge stamped page. 

He was a Hispanic guy so I didn't tell Victor because he could be pulled into it, especially since he is Hispanic but does a great job there.

I got home and fell asleep in my chair, then woke and found out about a family emergency - on a greatly admired person.  I was not able to get back to sleep until  5 am.  I had no sleep the night before and woke to my alarm at 2. So I do not know when this case was uploaded.  Since today is  Saturday, I presume ge did this last night and they may have tge cyber crime rigged into the system to alter documents after they are uploaded. And printung them right away makes them eager to steal your document if they altered it. They have a criminal operation here definitely. Yet whow does what-when is unsure.

My 17-page Memo of Law could not be submitted yesterday due to complete exhaustion. I was up all night, glad to have some internet but the cyber crime was a nightmare.

3Dec2024 - Please forgive my firey language yet I am facing another illegal eviction. This landlord lost on the very same dynamic in 2019. Primarily due to not issuing me a letter for what the judge said was a "cure period" And that I oddly owed $41/months for 2 months and he considered eviction to be without merit, something like that -- which again was hogwash. He wanted to evict me and claimed he was changing the hearing to a trial that day, which I claimed was unfair because I was not prepared in 2019. 

Most likely Hon. Colin Powell or an affiliated attorney he knew called the judge. 

He was called to his chamber and returned with a different "objective". 

This year there is more fraud. 
The judge is not Alayna Stone as described by Google nd Martindale Hubble website is conveniently not working - no doubt an AI trick. 

And the attorney Peter Hoops wasn't even born when the record says he entered the BAR! Why do I go through all this abuse? I paid my Section 8 rent! 

Yet they want to evict me today!

This was another horrible day which I don't want to remember. 

I was able to submit my effort to pay the landlord, whoever the hell they are. 

Next, I will resume efforts putting these court documents in order to have scanned in at Tyco for your reference.  Mailing is costly and cumbersome. Hopefully no one with DropBox will interfere with the link because the marshals who deliver court documents use Dropbox. 

It is 7:03pm now. I need to resume assembling those court documents. Tyco can enumerate them for me in case that is useful for conversations. Whether I am helped or not, please make those conversations because this is not law at work! It is organized crime!

As I was waiting for the elevator to go down, an elevator came up with a number of people. I had a furniture flatbed/cart and was on my way to the 5th floor. One of these people in the elevator, a young woman, said to me to please get in the elevator, they will make room. That surely was suspicious. I said no, and repeated I would take another elevator. That could have been a set up by relatives! 

Never caring about really talking to me but making a production! 

Most likely it was them and they got management to spy on me to tell them when to get in the elevator, like they did for the police who assaulted me and arrested me on false charges, lies.

My Answer to the Summons was June 26! The clerks wouldn't have taken in the pleading if an appearance was not already on record! My opinion, the record was frauded by some a$$hole and nobody cares in the upper echelon because they are all part of the same 

THE PLAN agenda!

The Housing Authority that processes HUD funding has 4 or 5 FOR PROFIT companies in the same location, 360 Orange Street - no doubt satanically ritually set up with 360 State - property that was sold for $1 by the City of New Haven and they keep this corruption going! 

Elm City Communities, the Housing Authority, actually were listed as a For Profit Company and withdrew their nefarious company registration sometime this year, I guess. It is marked as withdrawn when I do a business search lookup.

1. How the hell can the plaintiff's filing of October 30 be 6 days after they get my Answer of October 24?

2. My Answer was October 24; Their response, which is SUPPOSED to be date-sensitive, was entered November 7. How many days is that? 


How does Plaintiff get away with responding to Answer 14 days later? 
They didn't even use the published court form to respond!

I was washing clothes and discovered this!

I checked the kitchen under the stove because of all the other vandalizing and they have done this before! 

They stole  my 2 good scissors sets! 

They cut a good pair of gloves to allude I cut them to use on the faucet they broke! 

Both tub and sink were vandalized 3 years ago, never fixed anything because they do it and only illegally enter when I am not here, vandalizing, stealing! 

They vandalized my stovetop by taking the resin and pouring it out on the burner! The bottle was missing after this burner was damaged! That happened about a year ago or more! 


They said the reason why my washer doesn't work is because the wiring is defective! They keep the damn thing plugged in! 

They remotely turn it on and off! It is not a maintenance problem - except the maintenance manager used it as his personal water closet taking a dump in my trash can! 

There are clothes in it now because I discovered the washing machine was working when I tapped it on. The door opened. So I loaded it and tried to wash but these bastards turned it off after a few minutes! 

I have had to wash my clothes like this for 2 years! 


My hair never goes in the sink drain! I keep things clean! I couldn't wash my hair in the sink if I wanted to. This is no luxury apartment! 



They have peeled this black covering off before! I reglue it and they vandalize it again! 

They poured something between the two panels of glass on my oven door and it can't be cleaned. All to snatch and grab insurance money! 

My kitchen is so narrow - nothing goes under my stove ever! I clean my floor often - even several times a day! 


I took out the bottom drawer of my oven and it doesn't surprise me! They vandalized it! 


My window sills are like this because the bastards turned off the dehydrator!  That's what keeps them dry! I wiped it all down with paper towels but tomorrow it will look like this again! I got an electronic squeejie that vacuums up the water, like my carpet cleaner does when they flood my bathroom!

My leg has a grade 4 hamstring tear in Nov 2013, the day after I emailed a claim to Chicago IL Office if Deputy Receiver - for taking my Lawsuit Settlement and dissolving it! I was supposed to be covered for life! They said Lumberman's Mutual was your insurance and they dissolved the company. I said, That's a lie! They were only the underwriter! Kemper Insurance was the policy and Kemper Insurance still exists! This is FRAUD! 

   - all under crooked Obama regime,! Yet he gave my younger brother $500,000 to expand his business! Free and clear! Not a loan!

He got a higher business loan with my property quit claimed to him. He would have nothing to do with me. My mother died in August. She had aquiredd my father's estate. And his life insurance. It has an effect on my current case because they own the building occupied by Gideon Freeman companies, 42 Temple St New Haven CT - 4 of which were served at same address with Destefano acting agent, WTF ....Does he even have a valid Juris Number? I wonder.... Colonial Fountain Management stole my rental deposit from 564 Prospect; then altered the address, having mailboxes face other side of the building! 

And Dragana LaCore had my application/preliminary Section 8 documents frauded, including removal of Colonial Fountain Management and replaced with Corey Spruill at 38 Arch Street! 

They are now trying their damndest to frame me as a hooker - and their murder plan on July 2, 2024, when the maintenance manager broke in my apartment when I was taking a bath - failed! 

    🟒 So they went to Plan B - refusing to give me ledger printouts in August to set me up for Non-payment of rent by stealing any proof I paid my rent! Yet they failed! I had a copy of my checks scanned, took them to the bank and he wrote down when they were cashed by the landlord!

29Jan2025 - I filed an appeal to the eviction. The "judge" ordered me to be evicted in 5 days from Friday 1/24/2025!! Pretty damn cruel, especially since I paid my rent, am a senior citizen, and disabled!! The only subject matter jurisdiction was whether I paid my rent for August and September 2024 and I did! I proved I did! 

I tried to share documents but it did this: 




He only highlighted one area to "correct" so the remaining 3 other areas would give him reasons to reject it again and get me evicted? Seems obvious to me! 

The 29th is Day 5! She tactically issued the order Friday at 10:30am. Nobody called me! I couldn't do anything on the weekend! Monday was Day 3! Or maybe they made it Day 4 since the judge secretly ordered it at 10:30am so she may have counted Friday. 

I got my appeal uploaded and was very grateful to those who helped me: the woman in the phone, who works at the Appellate/Supreme Court; and the court service center clerk came to the rescue when the scanner wasn't working. 


15min to spare! πŸ˜₯ It is 3:45 am - I will try to share clear pictures later. I couldn't sleep due to pain from not having my orthotics in my shoes - an illegal intruder took them out! The pain was awful! It's calmed down now.
