I have QMB which means Medicare qualified me for 100% of medical to be paid. Connecticut now obscunds federal money, claims to be the administrator of my QMB despite I tell Medicaid in this state to go to hell; and they claim because I have QMB and THEY administer it, they can conspire with My dr in NYC to scheme a way to force me to "yes mastah" the freaking patient killers in Connecticut! They've almost killed me a few times! And the abuse! I'll never step foot in their crappy health-morgues - ever! I'll find another Dr in NYC first!

In reality, USA wages a Cold war on Russia because Russia was the only country who defeated NAZIS! There is no copywrite page. It was probably published after Colin Powell had an untimely death.
It is From Theory To Practice - of other people, not Colin Powell.
The book is $14.95;on Barnes & Noble website.
It contradicts "It Worked For Me" written by Colin Powell.
In red text: Colin Powell was against war - his desire was to use diplomacy for peace. When he retired, he and his wife established "America's Promise" - it turned into ALLIANCE because of Bush corrupting their efforts. The organization which he and his wife established is not what we see today. I'll leave it at that.

Sean, Are you aware of the fact that China has created a different trade route? The Straight of Hormuz is still helpful to China; Iran doesn't charge either Russia or China to go through it. You don't mention this. The problem there is USA is STALKING the Straight. That's why they created another trade route. Russia may become the world's big oil supplier now because of USA having an x-hole president with x-hole administration!
