There aren't that many so I'm not putting them in the dishwasher for a Cascade event🤣 It was misery when they made this alarm go off at least 3 times a week when I was on crutches. I was going out when they did that. My neighbor Cindy said "wait 10 minutes. They always go off after that." She's right.

Why is it that the court may default on a defendant but not on the PLAINTIFF? How did this law arise, which seems like a trick, not Due Process. If a Plaintiff has a fraudulent appearance, they defaulted. They can't be Pro Hac Vice if they operate their business from the same state they belong to the BAR in and have their office address in.
Now I don't think this is a matter of interpretation - it is a matter of fluffing off the wordsmithing fluff.
Additionally, if they have a fraud appear in court who says he is a certain attorney but that attorney entered the BAR before he was obviously born, why the hell doesn't the court do anything? Is it because the judge was also a fraud, saying she was Alayna Stone when she wasn't and yet Alayna Stone ruled on the case she wasn't even present for?

Why the hell is it that the landlord can claim I didn't pay rent for August and September 2024 and yet I produced the checks - which the landlord only cashed and didn't deposit them in their account because they hide the fact they are receiving twice as much as they should because I should only have to pay 10% of the rent since I have a federal poverty level income?
Are the lawmakers cooking up a way to make that law disappear and say to hell with me? What happens to those who are allowed to pay 10%?

I hope you're doing well. My case manager just called me and explained:
They brought action against you in trial court. Now you bring action against them in appellate court. I said, then they are like the defendant and yet fail to object to my motions and fail to be diligent. That means they are defaulting. He said, "Well they probably feel they have brought everything up that they need to in trial court." I said I have a right to appeal and no case should be used as abuse of process when someone is prosecuted unlawfully. He understood why I consider that wrong but he could not say anymore.
Someone can lie about you and say that you did not pay rent when they took your rent and then lie with a backdated letter of 2024 saying your rent was increased when there is no signed addendum and what they submitted to the court was proof the rent increase was a surprise to me and I have requested hearings before as a matter of right yet get no hearing because I can pat my head and rub my stomach at the same time so I'm too talented to be recorded on a hearing.
There's just no hope. They lie like hell. They don't record my rent - it is recorded as rent - the judge increased my rent which is illegal, and as a federal poverty level income, I overpaid the rent because it should be 10% of the rent! Not 30% of my income!
I have no hope now. The courts do not abide by the law. They do what they want when they want. I presented checks to pay for December and January - which the court skipped over, refused to allow me to deposit in with the court! playing Devil's Chessboard to cause me to lose funding because if I don't pay three months in a row They will stop funding. They also claim they don't give a shit about evictions and it doesn't matter they fail to serve me a legally required Pretermination letter. It's too messy for them so they just skipped over it and the court will concoct "judicial discretion" which tosses the law altogether and if the judge isn't even an attorney to begin with, she doesn't have to worry about taking the oath on administering the law! Her only oath is F*k the law! WTF 😤

The Appellate Court used their cyber crime magic and altered the 12/3 notice. No longer saying returned because they had already arranged for them to not to argue; it was redundant, blah blah blah.
They figure I didn't make a copy of it yet and they are probably correct figuring that. 😤
The case manager is not a wheeler and dealer. So he didn't respond to my voicemail about please let me know the Rule which the court claims this letter is redundant (not my specific words) He didn't respond because obviously the court altered his message. Not his fault, so I need to deal the cards handed to me now.
They have 15 days from the 3d...to file something else. They did not file a Notice of Intent unless it was after they got the damn brief, which should be out of bounds!
There is no notice like that in my case, I just checked! Had they submitted such a notice, I would have argued they are deliberately defaulting and/or committing Contempt of Court.
