It's all organized crime in the housing court - in any court! In Connecticut! 

How the hell can the Secretary of State be an agent for anyone? But they do it to help favored crooked businesses like BOZZUTO - and Elizabeth BOZZUTO is an administrative judge abusing her power up the a$$!
