He's my nephew. Very intelligent, very devoted, great sense of humor - just like his other two brothers, I'm sure. I've had no connection for over 30 years. I'm not waiting for any opportunity. I just wanted to give him credit where credit is due. He and his brothers were always loving and fun to be with. I wish 🙏 them well. Be safe.

Years later I felt badly when I basically took back some craft projects. I was nefariously diagnosed with epilepsy; treated so badly socially. Forced on a barbiturate, phenobarbital. I never had a seizure yet the doctors used the excuse:

You don't know when you have a seizure

The medicine is for precautionary purposes.

By the time I finished my day at the job, I was spent!

Because I didn't have siblings that cared about my rights - I had to figure out how I could get to the truth.

I stopped taking the 120 mg of phenobarbital 3 weeks before I had an EEG in Canada. Unfortunately I had to drive myself because nobody would help. I was turned down. With my last dollar I rented a room, going there the night before, not even touching the bed and staying in the lobby to stay awake. The clerk was very nice and understanding.

The doctor said I was seizure-free. To continue the meds I was on. I shouldn't have told him anything and say thank you. But I said, Oh, btw doc, I stopped those meds! I should have asked for a letter first because he mentioned I should have psyche treatment, and "Whether the discontinuance of the phenobarbital is healthy remains to be seen"

The medical industry oftentimes will even kill us when they have a chance! And they were certainly killing me!

All to protect the corrupted attorneys!

Most likely I did tell Jay to take those craft projects to school. I just forgot. He brought them back next time he was in town.

Not his fault I had a fallout with siblings. They abandoned our Dad - treated him like trash, let and even supported a paedophile priest to abuse him, poison him with arsenic or something similar! Not caring about what I was doing for him. Family is what Dad lived for. It was the most traumatic thing that ever happened or will happen to me. Why my mother was so abusive to him after he was poisoned is something she has to face God with. She even told him she was looking for a boyfriend. And even when Dad sobbed, she made no apology. I hung the phone up for Dad. My brother was PROBABLY coaching her. Same one who claimed the reason he was making Dad die was "He's not useful to us anymore" - He had cheated on his wife and abused me by setting me up with a very abusive man, which I probably informed Eric of in a letter. Then got my mother to refuse to let me just stay at their house for the summer break - after having the horror of being in an apartment bldg set up.by my other brother (humoring his wife, I'm sure) with hookers,organized crime! And he and his wife got a generous write-off on their student bill for referring me - then having nothing to do with me - even getting up and moving to a different table when I sat by them in the school cafeteria - such a lousy school, too.

None of that would have happened had the priest not sabatoged me by giving my winter job to my mother, who of course, as always, got bored with it once she accomplished destroying my livelihood. The priest obviously hated me yet acted like he liked me. I was a professional housekeeper-cook; preparing gourmet dinners for guests; whereas my mother would put teddy bears in his bed and so much other nonsense. She embarrassed me.

I was taught forgiveness is a strength. Dad was abandoned and nobody offered to even send me $5 to help him, probably getting the Unemployment Office to make up a reason to not issue me UI when it was my legal right as I went down to help Dad when nobody else would! I didn't even have the money! So when I was deprived of it, that harmed me a lot. My bank was understanding and I used it sparingly but overdrafted my bank account. I didn't go down there to take money from Dad. The computer I sent him could have been returned to me because it wasn't opened yet. Instead my mother GAVE it to the evil murdering priest!

An attorney firm contacted me to blindly sign papers on the estate that Dad earned, which Mom took over, and were rubbing it in my nose I get nothing and wanted me to approve I get nothing! I refused to sign anything, which would just give them a chance to fraud my signature - like Prosecutor Lawrence Mark Hurley did, as well as embezzle hundreds of thousands of dollars in 3 years - yet the court refused to let the state Police to further audit. The judge even changed the 100 counts of embezzlement, which are federal crimes, to two misdemeanors: one count forgery, one count larceny! He obviously stole millions! Dad called that dirty money - money which even his brother helped himself to obviously as a black operative for CIA - who detonated the WTC buildings on September 11! That uncle stole my SSN and used it on the purchase of his SECOND brand new luxury vehicle, Mercedes Benz. Here I had little money to survive on and he surprised me with insisting I cannot look for work in that area - already planning to fraud my SSN - a millionaire wanting to save himself tariffs and taxes in his new car-toy.

Nobody should use anyone - particularly to fraud them behind their back! And Dad confronted that brother. Just months after that, Dad almost died from a bursting gall bladder on the operating table! That's what CIA does!

Even when my other brother had my real estate quit claimed to him to build his equity and he PROMISED he would turn the money over to Dad when he sold it but didn't. Dad sold his dream home just to give me $10,000 of the $30,000 I invested! It was a very painful time because stairs were always a hardship - and here he had to have serious reconstruction surgery on his knees from being injured in WW2.

They can't hurt Dad anymore. But death is a permanent thing. And that's why they aren't part of my life. I've gone through the most horrible things - yet the only time they try to connect with me is conspiring with my criminal landlord, stalking me, because they see all the wealth. The wealth is fake as Barack Obama, son of Malcolm X. The BARACKROCY is more active than ever, I'm sure - inciting riots in Chicago and other places. We need to see it for what it is and like Dimitri says, Reason2Resist. This way of doing business leads to destruction of society. I can only hope the tolerance of global leaders will catch us when we fall because we do not have leaders who care about others. They are satanic and the world revolves around them.

Just keep that in mind, Jay. You were like the new younger brother we never had when you came to live with us and we missed you so much when your mom married your new Dad. Grandpa was like your shadow dad then and we all felt bad whenever you got sick. And the humidifier was always checked to be sure it was full enough.

Your sweet sense of humor kept us all happy back then. I looked forward to seeing you when I got home from school. Joe, Chris, and I held the fort down as Dad and Mom went to Pennsylvania to take care of your mom, when she was sick with hepatitis. They cleaned her place and brought you with them. We were so excited to see you. Grandpa somehow caught her hepatitis, probably not taking a shower while there because they had too much to do. I wonder what they slept on too. There were no complaints - and Grandpa paid a few thousand dollars to get a trailer for your mom but she preferred to stay in the house to save money. No complaints there. Never any complaints leaving his business to take care of your mom. He arranged for others to do things. I was 15, the oldest. They had friends to call and check up on us to make sure we were safe plus not getting in any trouble.

My nephew has a good heart, and has had to develop his own principles in life, yet rooted in his upbringing. All three boys treated life as a gift. It can be a great challenge due to a society run by rapists in every sense of the word: invading every part of our lives which they can - and more.

I try to remind myself that God doesn't give us what we want, but what we need. There are many layers to that, since for instance, nobody wanted to die on September 11. The Planners were approximately 125 Americans, with CIA constantly engaged. Boeing Planes cannot lose altitude. They are programmed to to be higher than highrises. They are too light to penetrate any building made with several feet of concrete and several feet of steel. They used holograms to trick people there was a plane in the sky - then had drones shaped like a small plane, filled with military explosives, bomb both buildings. All three were secretly prepped for demolition. Colin Powell wouldn't agree to war. So George Bush abused him, and spread propaganda about him. This is the type of psychotic behavior that run the government. They do not have the principles needed to even possibly do a good job.

People need to validate people and businesses.

I spent hours, overwhelmed by what I discovered on businesses I listed in my Housing Complaint. They told me in Jan 2013 to make my rent checks out to "360 State Street" yet never told me when that company dissolved.

And the "attorney" - Hoops & Associates - altered his appearance to add the companies that FAILED to appear, just to fraud records. All of them defaulted because they failed to Answer my complaint! Obviously, they use another trick to claim "If it wasn't for this, she wouldn't be so famous" Another trick they keep up their sleeves! Those I've shared this with know I don't care about the attention. I am just fighting for my rights in a lawless society.

I will post these images to share my experience because maybe it will help others to check businesses. Liars don't win. Grandpa brought me up that way. He was not a self-righteous person. He loved people; and became weakened from being accused of not being what mattered to him most, a good father and husband.

The business name was frauded; and the apposing attorney added them claiming they were representing them. In my court documents as well as court, I emphasized the attorney is a fraud through and through!

This is part of the list of businesses on the complaint - because they are all profiting from this building yet take no responsibility! The last time I checked, the assessor's office doesn't even charge them property tax! A $2 2 billion building which they claimed was sold for only $160Million - how does that play out for insurance - and a limited deed which means they DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO SELL IT; and therefore are not the owners, and they refuse to show me how HUD approved them. All of this was mentioned in court! I was accused of not paying rent for August and September - they obviously figured I would get an inheritance from your grandma B's (or whatever name she took, since she abused Grandpa and said she was looking for a boyfriend) my mother's death. They may have poisoned her, because the maintenance manager used violent force to break in my apartment when I was taking a bath! I had no emergency! I would have gotten dressed and called them if I did! I had heart problems from that trauma for weeks 😮‍💨 So these crooks may have wanted to harm me more by killing her. I could never bring myself to even communicate with her because she favored a depraved paedophile priest and probably frauded Grandpa's signatures to make him die. He was MURDERED.

This is just a couple pages of my Motion to Reargue. Same first page yet erroneously stamped twice - yet the clerks at the counter are very attentive and only stamp motions once. If they make a mistake, they throw it out. Most likely someone who illegally enters my apartment was trying to fraud my records. They illegally enter all the time. I used to tell the FBI agent I knew, leaving him a message, but they took down his phone in 2022. I thought the world of him. Very honest, smart, professional.

A Motion To Open is supposed to have a hearing - this judge who is a fraud, didn't even hear the motion. For a motion to be heard, the other party has to submit their objection, and in this case have a hearing. To say this was LEGAL MALPRACTICE is an understatement. Yet more, is the fact that she's probably not even an attorney. The attorneys entered fraudulent appearances, including categorizing themselves as Pro Hac Vice, which means they from out of state but are not.

This economy is very broken. If we do not stay as part of the solution, we will end up as a third world country all because of these rich elites who got rich from crimes.

These elites used social engineering to "punish" me from running an honest business. I had no outstanding debt. One of my two mortgages was paid.

The court ordered the landlord NOT to issue a Summary Process....and let them anyway! It is not only stupid what she does - she's obviously not an attorney; she's a fraud!

Paragraph 7, right on the form which the court granted when my fee waiver was granted. The form was with it. I amended it because the chief clerk tossed out my typed forms and messed it all up and said he would submit that with the fee waiver on a Friday. I brought the amended one in on the following Monday, I believe. Before it was served by a marshal - which needed no serving because the procedure states In can mail it certified with return receipt.

That Marshall uses a Hamden, CT address but I found out he lived here - obviously had an illegal operation going with this fake landlord, who doesn't even have the legal right to sell this place. The Title either belongs to the City of New Haven or BOZZUTO Inc. - I think the FBI kicked him out, probably arrested him, unless they were suppressed by Trump. Betsy West Devos was friends and obviously co-conspirator too. I saw her and her husband crossing the street. Jay-walking. I said that I would also, making a joke of it. She sounded like a donkey telling her husband "She talks like a child" - that was such a stupid thing for her to say. So many sociopaths get rich. It's pathetic and they don't deserve it. The Notice To Quit Return Date was dated October 18!

The marshal delayed submitting the return of service which I should have received on the 11th! She waited 2 weeks - yet the chief clerk obviously knew she served it and so did the fake judge!

And this is all my paperwork, fighting for my rights in a LAWLESS COURT SYSTEM, very similar to my experiences in Upstate NY! It was tough being by relatives who never supported my rights. Would not have anything to do with me because I was considered unacceptable to society. Having a priest tell me I didn't fit in the town, sabatoging me after promising me I had the rectory position in the winter for as long as I wanted it - yet hiring my mother who embarrassed me, doing things like put teddy bears in his bed! My livelihood was crushed! And attending a school that my brother and his wife attended only made things worse! The school was horrible and they would get up in the cafeteria and go to another table when I sat by them! I am spinning my wheels in such a lawless place - like I was in upstate NY! Keep promoting the Promise Of God - because that is what gets us through hard times fighting for the truth.
