Judicial Authority
What is it? In my opinion it is an opportunity to go OUTSIDE THE LAW! Judges turn down cases using it with little or no validity! IT IS A TRICK TO EVADE RESPONSIBILITY!
Yet Judges are bound to the law - and also enjoy immunity from it. It's a crazy set-up. Subject Matter jurisdiction is their obligation, not privilege.
THIS SHIT IS WHAT IS BRINGING DOWN THE COURT SYSTEM!

Why is it a huge thorn in my side now?
My crooked landlord is trying to evict me and I have to fight it in court!
The Notice To Quit has one issue:
Nonpayment of rent for August and September!
I paid my rent! My rent is current! I submitted the proof many times! They apparently need me to draw pictures!
Most likely they are BRIBED!

They don't care about the law, like Obama did over and over! He was censured in Washington DC - that means they pulled way back on his reigns!
The Judge has no more subject matter jurisdiction! Only what is on the notice To Quit!

The case has no merit!!! It should have been dismissed before docketed, like the so-called judge without a valid Juris number

Additionally the landlord claimed I PURCHASED my apartment in November 2022!
It is an outright lie and there's no acknowledgement that I am a Section 8 TENANT. The absence of the Addendum means the absence of the lease!
Many Connecticut attorneys are filing Pro Hac Vice, which is illegal! They supposedly have to appear before the court to obtain permission AS AN OUT OF STATE ATTORNEY. These are in state attorneys and get these Jurisdiction numbers like candy apparently!
Whoever issues them are NOT the Candyman! Big difference between bar 🍫and BAR!

The court is so lawless, they know they deliberately break the law by failing to adhere to any process, to validate anything, and only push lies! Someone could say a fake name, give a fake address,and more, entering a case and they, according to my experience, do nothing! No validation!
Validation is legal efficacy! Not "Well you typed the form correctly and signed it. That's good enough for me!" That's what this judge claims is why the Notice To Quit was valid!
She refused to articulate. She refused reargument! She ruled on my motion before I could submit the Memo of Law! Then alters the order to my "failing to include Memo of Law though it was noted attached"
WTF, I didn't say that ..so I struck it. I said her Jurisdiction number doesn't show up when I use Juris look up; not by her name either.
The court wouldn't have uploaded it,! He's rejected at least 20% of my documents! She can't be an attorney - she shows no logic even!
I requested the court to upload what that attorney requested the court to give him!
The 2019 opinion of the court when they tried to evict me for nonpayment of rent - again a lie!
I won the case!
Yet the opinion was several pages of malarchy going outside subject matter jurisdiction.
They will keep on lying! As long as they can keep on hijacking the whole Judicial System!
She has no Juris number that pulls up in the system!
NOTICE TO Quit Upload
They failed to cite the law and they are supposed to use the published court form which cited it. According to the chief clerk, the forms have to be used when they have published them for specified purposes...but they don't walk the walk; they just talk the talk!
The chief clerk keeps saying "You have to complete the published forms,! You can not submit a pleading otherwise!" But they allow it all the time and were harassing me using abuse of procedure since I typed everything! I said I would attach what I typed then. He said No! You can't do that! I said, "You are just trying to create an image I can't think , I don't know anything!" P

There are uploads on other blogposts related to this. I will try to get to this 2/5/2025, tomorrow,now that my appeal forms are submitted...which is only the first step but I have a little time to submit the Preliminary Documents.
On site charges cannot be charged to the section 8 TENANT! They only pay the rent calculated by the Housing Authority. My rent is simple! 10% of Fair use And Value! Most likely the rent is getting lowered for below luxury standards! Way below! As it should be! The maintenance manager took a dump in my bathroom trashcan - I complain - they do more vandalizing and violate the Section 8 Contract! The judge said im 2019 that didn't matter, which is completely illegal but we have a court that behaves like NAZIS!
The maintenance manager broke into my apartment when I was taking a bath! He could have raped or killed me!
I wouldn't have to share any of this in a blog if I had a support system in this corrupted state! I do what I can! Now, even going to the Post office is stressful! After they hit me with an illegal/invalid Notice To Quit - someone affiliated with the post office - probably a psyche psychopath - unlocked my mailbox and said it was like that for two weeks! I hadn't checked my mail for that long yet that is typical.
They left my mail out for anyone to grab! They could have bundled it and place a package notification since I PAY RENT THERE FOR A REASON. I asked them why they unlocked it. I got no straight answer. They accused me of leaving it unlocked. Meantime a woman who was dressed like a professor at Yale was watching me like she was hoping I'd crack or do something unruly so she could make a commitment order and get me kidnapped to their Psyche ward of hell!
You can't take your freaking key out of the mailbox until it is closed and locked!
They were unsuccessful with this scheme and this was so traumatic for me I forgot the name of the mail clerk. I know her name now, though. Anything I mail from there seems to be free game to some depraved bastards - like CIA, Skull & Bones, etc!
It hasn't been like that. I've been satisfied with their service and am a bit skiddish now because I don't know who the SHADOW POST OFFICE IS - PROBABLY YALE ADMIN WHO LIKE TO TARGET PEOPLE.
I proved I paid my rent! They have the checks! they have the dates when this crooked-ass landlord deposited them! Yet they keep the damn case going as a form of abuse on me because I do not like corruption! And this state is full of it! I didn't want to return to the East Coast decades ago and it's been decades of hell! I would leave tomorrow if I could afford it! And no, I do not try to get donations online or elsewhere - so much fraud occurs by setting up fake accounts - stealing real stories of people,to "GoFundMe" THEM - and Rod Solomon was supposedly the founder but they lie about other founders now!
Internet is run by organized crime and they are not ajudicated because officials wealth increases through investments and they rely on the Technocats CYBER CRIME to fraud records and more!
The court system is corrupted by this bullshit!
Subject Matter Jurisdiction should be stricken from defines the obligation of these judges to who use an AUTHORITY to say "It's not my job" ! They do not justify themselves! They serve their wants!
They consider their "Authority" To be above the law! A Housing Judge refuses to hear a Housing Complaint claiming Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction BECAUSE the Notice To Quit for nonpayment of rent for August and September was valid! NO IT WASN'T!
And the judge claims lack of Subject Matter jurisdiction when this judge is the Housing Judge - WTF. It's a Housing Complaint!

Connecticut Practice Book, 10-32 and 10-33 "Shall dismiss the action"WTF is that? Motion? Case? On it's own motion say they have to dismiss the case? Can anything else but a caseve dismissed? Then WTF don't they just state "case" instead of "action ". It's all play-on-words in Connecticut!
