What is it? In my opinion it isan opportunity to go OUTSIDE THE LAW! Judges turn down cases using it with little or no validity! IT IS A TRICK TO EVADE RESPONSIBILITY! 

THIS SHIT IS WHAT IS BRINGING DOWN THE COURT SYSTEM!

Why is it ahuge thorn in my side now? 

My crooked landlord  is trying to evict me and I have to fight it in court! 

The Notice To Quit has one issue: 

Nonpayment of rent for August and September!

I proved I paid my rent! They have the checks! they have the dates when this crooked-ass labdlord deposited them! Yet they keep the damn case going as a form of abuse on me because I do not like corruption! And this state is full of it! I would leave tomorrow if I could afford it! And no, I do not try to get donations online or elsewhere - so much fraud occurs by setting up fake accounts - stealing real stories of people,to "GoFundMe" THEM - abd Rod Solomon was supposedly the founder but they lie about other founders now! 

Internet is run by organized crime abd they are not ajudicated because officials wealth increases through investments and they rely on the Technocats CYBER CRIME to fraud records and more!

The court system is corrupted by this bullshit! 

Subject Matter Jurisdiction should be stricken from these judges to use! They do not justify themselves! They serve their wants! 

They consider their "Authority" To be above the law! A Housing Judge refuses to hear a Housing Complaint claiming Lack of Subject Matter Jurisfiction! 

It is her damn job!
