He's a freaking puppet - never responds to my numerous letters! They remotely turned off my washer over a year ago! He refuses to get them to fix the following - all of which THEY did by illegally entering!
1. Turn washer back on
2. Back burner was hit with a pulse - I saw it SPARK - where does THAT name come from? Jeff Hauptman is on the Board for SPARK.
3. Kitchen shelf plastic support was broken two+ years ago
4. Portions of my rug were stained plus they dripped glue on it! It wouldn't come off.
5. NEVER have all electrical outlets worked!
6. They never did an inspection before I moved in, lying I could move in - in a few days, so I gave my prior landlord a 30 day notice and THIS company, namely Dragona the Ukrainian who they said was fired yet she is back through SOM Living 🥴 made me wait 4 weeks and I only had a couple days to move in! Pretty damn abusive on someone who is disabled from a 20 ton truck slamming into her!
7. The billing is deliberately FRAUDED
8. My windows are rotting from constant water leakage because they don't use the industrial dehydrator they have to keep it and other windows dry. Others have told me their windows get like that too! Rarely have I spoken to anyone because this is a socialized NAZI environment!
9. I could go on!
