Update 9/14/2022 since my blogpost was compromised by hackers - they further express their depravity by pasting a PAGE 2 several times to mock the name of this blog and other subject matter that has 2 or 3 2's in them, including this year being 2022.

Missing documents (2) : Inept DEFAULT ORDER; and DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF MERIT when they granted fee waiver because it had merit!

Court Order For Default is FRAUD on several counts

1. Failure to wait

according to the Rules of Practice

2. My Motion For Default has Precedence to be heard, and an automatic granting of the motion is the clerk's obligation, by statute as well as court rule 17-20(d) of Connecticut Practice Book.

3. They backdated a Default Judgment but didn't upload it because they are probably being held accountable for their fraudulent activity - uploading it with a backdated order is framing themselves!

4. Judges denial of my Motion For Default is ILLEGAL

REQUEST FOR INJUNCTION FEE WAIVER GRANTED

Which means the case has merit

So what do they do?

Dismiss it for Lack Of Merit! #DueProcess violated among other things including citing a law regarding lawsuits against the state. This isn't a lawsuit against the state!
