Does this look like someone ill with cancer? It may be she was poisoned before or during a medical procedure. 



Dolly miscarried her baby and had endimitriosis after that. Could it be the d&c she had to have wasn't professionally done? 

People who are loved deeply can be hated deeply by others who are jealous - and they also may be socially engineered to hate.
