"Just 7 days ago they were getting ready to ski the back country" .. and the original image was very clear, sunny day No freaking bad weather - yet the Sheriff and others claimed these 9 clients, who paid $1100 each for attending this ski trip, with 4 supposedly certified guides - 3 from not that area - claimed the weather was blizzard conditions their first day! Cyber crime deleted my image! And when I took another screenshot, they fogged it up!
It should seem pretty obvious they used AI to alter it in a desperate attempt to quickly support their planned narrative! Decide for yourself!
I was deliberately hit head-on by a 20ton sander truck, filled with sand and hospitalized 3 1/2 months, on crutches for another 3 months, almost having lost both legs, had many injuries, including a closed head injury, broken ribs, and more! I was still viewed as a display item by relatives who figured they would get rich quick on a lawsuit my mother retained without my father's concurrence!
The attorney made sure I got as little money as possible; my mother was annoyed with me being in HER house, and I was only 18 when it happened - going to school full time and working full time. We had just moved to my father's dream house for retirement - well deserved by him! He worked so hard to raise 7 kids and was always there for us when we needed him - yet siblings became so damned materialistic only serving themselves! That's another issue altogether. We have a society run by very depraved people, who get rich off being parasites to the government!
The attorney said to me, "Why didn't you get out of the way? It was a sunny day out and the roads were bare!" I said, "What was he doing sanding the roads on a second overtime shift, making sure the truck was full of sand and using a spotter vehicle as my car, easy to see, was coming over the hill? Was he trying to kill me?" The attorney said that was nonsense - I was paranoid - and etc! I tried to get another attorney but nobody would take my case because he was tied to the mob and nobody would stand up to him! Not even my siblings would help me but kept wanting to know when I was getting rich!
Now you know enough why I am so fervently working on this! This shit has to stop! I ask anyone who reads this to be equally as concerned! 20% of who we are, are our experiences . Yet 80% of who we are are our decisions! You don't need to go through what I did to care!
Accountability does matter! The pictures and files I had to store in my father's business storage were all stolen! At one point I stored furniture etc at my brother's trailer which he basically abandoned but still owned. The trailer was left in awful dirty condition, which took me days to clean! Yet he encouraged me to store my things there - only for me to find out it was all stolen! My mother said he probably did it for money and pawned my things, what little I had - and certainly life was hell for me. I didn't want to believe my mother. I grew up with a giving spirit and temperament like my father, who really was the only one who stood up for me from all that - and to make life more difficult, the insurance agent moved 70 miles away and said I couldn't rely on the local office, I had to rely on him, I had to rely on the crooked attorney who got my mother to retain him when I wasn't around - plus the attorney came into my isolated room without permission and made me sign documents I couldn't even read, that's how bad my head injury was! And people had to whisper to talk to me for a month - after being in ICU 2 1/2 weeks.

This "back country" still had chairlifts and lodging. They had a road to walk on so they didn't need to rough it by skiing down mountains in blizzard conditions.

The 50 rescuers said they couldn't take the bodies off the mountain when they rescued allegedly 6.
Those rescuers claimed to locate 5 bodies.
That left one unaccounted for, which they didn't report yet got flack about.

They also said there was an error about 10 missing; there were 9. They said one person didn't show up for the reservation.

Also they upgraded avalanche warning from 1 to 2 out of 5; yet the f*king slope was 60% and very unlikely to have any Avalanche! 80% of documented avalanches occur below 50° slope! I'll save this in the Recommended list for Castle Peak Avalanche videos playlist. Yet critical thinking is emphasized.

At my 10th year highschool reunion PLANNING, one past classmate had an argument with another and she cried and walked out. Mill Valley resident Michael Natenshon, the chief executive of the clothing company Marine Layer, said he went to high school in Massachusetts with Keatley. He recalled her as a warm, kind person.

A woman with ties to the Upper Valley was among six friends who died in an avalanche in the Sierra Nevada mountains on Tuesday.
Kate Vitt, who lived in Greenbrae, Calif., was on a backcountry ski trip with a group of close-knit friends all of whom had experience skiing in the wilderness.
The friends were accompanied by a group of guides on their three-day excursion to Frog Lake huts, near Castle Peak, a mountain in California.
Two of the guides died in the avalanche and one more is missing and presumed dead, the New York Times reported on Friday.
Originally from Colorado, Vitt was married to Geoffrey Vitt, a Norwich native who graduated from Dartmouth College in 2004. Kate Vitt graduated from Boston College the same year, and she previously worked for SiriusXM and Pandora, her LinkedIn page states.
The Vitts have two sons who are in elementary school, the New York Times reported.
Kate Vitt’s father-in-law is Norwich attorney Geoffrey Vitt, of Vitt & Nunan, PLC, the lawyer’s ex-wife Noelle Vitt confirmed in a text message. She declined to otherwise comment on the incident.
Efforts to reach the elder Geoffrey Vitt on Friday were unsuccessful.
The other five friends killed in the avalanche were Carrie Atkin, Liz Clabaugh and her sister Caroline Sekar, Danielle Keatley and Kate Morse.
The six friends lived in the Bay Area, Idaho and near Lake Tahoe.

When I was a kid, my father had a coffee wagon which he created as an idea - now it's a common occurrence. He made my mother use Lysol in a bucket of hot water to keep the kitchen clean and it was a win-win situation. She had to keep it clean for us 7 kids to meet health board requirements. It was inspected.
Now more than ever just paying people off is all you need to do! I never grew up that way and saw my father tactfully stand up to his principles with some very difficult people!
