I missed some Q&A livestreams because I've been drawing pictures for a freaking brief that I shouldn't have to create!
The Summons which the same dumbass fake judge Alayna Stone approved says right in paragraph 7, The landlord whoever the hell they are - CANNOT ISSUE A SUMMARY PROCESS - YET ATTORNEY PITT CONSPIRED!
The fee waiver was approved by the judge!
I did not have to change all my documents! Attorney Pitt was helping the organized crime! I had the correct addresses! They didn't have to be served on the agents.
Pitt said SHIT!
The process calls for the complaint and accompanying documents to be MAILED to their business addresses!
I made wind about all of that and first he says they have to follow a procedure, everything has to be precise, blah blah blah - and then tells me as an excuse, "This is very informal. The parties don't have to submit appearance forms; they tell me and I enter they are self-representing. No freaking city department can be self-representing! The fact they and others failed to submit appearances and more is so damn pathetic!
