Update on my struggles; my briefs are due first part of September so I cannot afford to use internet that much due to time factor and continued illness with a serious skin infection. My new phone was hit with malware and I was suggested to remove Evernote. which is a very competent app made by a very competent Russian. I now only have one phone that is working and the cyber crime continues. Hopefully my service provider can remedy this tomorrow yet the internet has not been working properly in my area for days now, as they informed me and confirmed by others.

It's 7:10 now. My phone is doing weird things. Yesterday I had problems and discovered that the Bluetooth was on but I didn't turn it on. They use subapps and more to commit cyber crime on OUR devices which basically is trespassing.

Good morning, October 1 and everyone here. I just took a few pictures on this phone WHICH IS FINALLY WORKING WITH NO MALWARE INTERFERENCE 🥳woo-hoo!
I took 5 pictures and this phone only has 3 now. I should crop them. I get very annoyed by artificial intelligence being used as a weapon. Most likely the technocrats want to steal my good shots to use for their own purposes which is a type of THEFT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. We may only consider that to be limited to what is written. No, it is any form of creative material which drives from us.
A pop-up just gave me the choice of using AI to "enhance images" or turn it off. I allowed it because that is a positive feature of AI. Yet the deceivers in the background may have alterior motives, changing the whole meaning of the option I select - just like Barack Obama, et al has damaged the legal system with - like leaving dog poo all over the streets!

It's now 12/21/2025 - I submitted both briefs and expect my motion to supplement one of them will be uploaded today. Finally. I kept rewriting it - if you think the law is the law in this state, think again! They concoct caselaws to serve their Ends Justifies Means missions!
Though the subject matter jurisdiction is well defined as "nonpayment of rent for August and September 2024" and I proved I paid the rent - doesn't matter!
My original Motion To Dismiss was specific! They were also ordered by the court not to initiate any summary process in my housing complaint case! This Alayna Stone is obviously a paid actor-not judge, not attorney! I repeatedly say that! The case had no merit! The appellate judges know this! They should have ruled in my favor right after they got my appeal documents!

My case is still being held onto by the court like a pacifier. Subject matter jurisdiction can only be what's on the Notice To Quit: Non-payment of Rent August and September 2024. I proved I paid my rent over and over and over!
This crooked landlord cashed the checks - an opportunity to illude I cashed them, most likely!
A common strategy by US Gov is: Break the law and start sinking the ship. Then nothing can be done, or they will state nothing can be done, to correct it.
I'm a nervous wreck. Did they even respond to my preliminary documents? No! Did they respond to my brief? No! Did the object to motions? Very weakly and dishonestly! The court is prepared to be their attorney at argument!
They sent a letter to the court saying, BTW, I don't feel like attending argument...No motion, no nothing! And since they got the Homeland Security contractors to steal all my e-files when I went to the federal building to get replacement cards for Medicare and Social Security (because mine were stolen from me!)
They also frauded the court record!
And my Motion for ruling in my favor for both the housing complaint and illegal eviction case were denied!
As far as the itty bitty letter instead of motion, etc - it's all handled discretely in the Form Of CASH 💰 Pay the court money and you can break any damn law you want!
I emphasized it was no relief to me. Oh, excuse me, I must hurt their brains on what the basics of freaking court is! Appellant has rights ⚖️ Appellee has rights ⚖️Judges administer the law!
I was told After May 1 I will be notified when the argument will be for both cases. But hey, the defendants in my housing case didn't even have to appear, and the stupid-asp attorney frauded his appearance adding pages and reuploading which is illegal but the court doesn't give a rat's asp! And I mentioned, How the hell can he represent a company (360 State Street, Inc or LLC - located in Fairfield CT ) if the Secretary of State now declares they had dissolved a before this case was served? Where's the retainer? "It's none of my business" was the attorney's response. They pull that answer out of their hat when nothing else "works" - God forbid they actually uphold the law, let alone administer it!

The image looks nice, though. 5:52am 6/6/2026. 10 years ago I was illicitly arrested for "Risk Of Injury" to Steven Kaplan, President , at the University of New Haven, He never even submitted a complaint letter, required by the victim unless they're a child or mentally ill. Risk Of Injury is a charge against a child, not adult. The spin kept going. Lawrence Mark Hurley secretly changed it with no probable cause listed. I refused to plea. I said the case has no merit. I just went there to.pick up my text book I paid for. And the corruption beat goes in to this day. Before that day. Living on the East Coast has been no pleasure.
