I was shocked with malware and was out of commission for a bit. ...Do not trust anything that pops up and interferes with what you're doing...it is malicious and vexatious! Get it off - check apps - delete cache, delete data. Go to Google files, delete 3d party apps.  If you recall how/when it got on your phone, that will help you to troubleshoot. Contact the mfg of your phone.. but do not agree to it! I will.post this in my other blogpost...
