I just used Cristofer Kimball's recipe for making bread and it smells superior to other yeast breads I have made. My


sourdough starter won't be ready for a few more days. This bread takes you to a new level! page 337. 
Well, my oven was remotely turned off after I took that picture, and did not realize "they" did that. temp was 220 instead of 350, 5:min later, so I have to wait about 15 minutes before it is done, since I turned the oven back on. 

They just love to make a game over remote controlling my electrical devices. This place is very creepy to live in. The bread is shorter than

expected yet very tasty, light. I used part whole wheat flour. If you don't have bread flour, sprinkle baking powder on your flour and sift it. I want to make this again! 👍
