She then read something to me telling me they could not help me, I have to contact socialsecurity.gov She THEN asked me my name and birthdate. I said, Why? You just told me I have to contact social security.
She denied saying that and kept saying "I'm just trying to help you" which was very odd! I only stayed on because Dr. Ed Weir suggested them. I said I don't even know what my message said. That was weeks ago. She claimed I only said for them to call me back. Another BS answer! I would have made the most of the call!
Well, she got what she wanted! My name and birthdate! She continued to be rude to me, telling me I was yelling at her, which I wasn't! and I hung up! She could have turned her volume down yet rather she fed into the cyber criminals who alter voices on phone calls! I know because I have recorded them and sent tapes to FBI!
I am not dealing with their crap-I have enough problems as it is! She disrupts what I am doing and demands my attention, asking me if I still needed my call answered. I don't even know what I said! She refused to tell me! Just telling me after that I wanted a callback! I'm not dealing with these people again!
