The only thing I nailed was with a hammer 🔨 because I've been too bogged down with court documents. 

I didn't even fingernail it.

I had to appeal the Motion To Open because the Dismissal was past 20 days. The judge did not even issue any memorandum of law because she had nothing to go by, obviously! Not even their Devil's chessboard tactics could help her! Saying the notice to quit was valid because it was typed correctly is outright bullshit! No notice to quit has to be typed! It can be handwritten! Plus they are supposed to use published forms when they have them. Did they use the published form for notice to quit? No!!!!



The parties were EIGHT offices; one company dissolved after agent was served, 360 State Street 

Was I informed by the landlord? No! 

They told me all this time to make checks out to 360 State Street! Yet Bozzuto is real owner! They hide and hide to evade responsibility! 

Once my Docketing Sheet is prepared, this will correct the record. The court printed what trial court recorded! 

The name Beachwold - has been altered to Beachwood! Not my error! My complaint (to replace prior one which the Chief Clerk made me write haphazardly, to replace typed one I tried to submit  BEFORE IT WAS SERVED, so it did not have to be amended!) had correct spelling.

This cake has no sugar, The sweetness comes from apples,bananas, cranberries (use raisins if you'd like) 
I used one large egg
I added the baking powder to the oatmeal first
Add a pinch of salt because Martha Stewart says so 
Shake some chia and flaxseed in the batter for more nutrition 
Add nuts if you want 
The batter should be thick, so I would add more oatmeal -ground or just add flakes if you want
To get the right consistency 
Mine was almost soupy ...
