In my opinion it isan opportunity to go OUTSIDE THE LAW! Judges turn down cases using it with little or no validity! IT IS A TRICK TO EVADE RESPONSIBILITY!  THIS SHIT IS WHAT IS BRINGING DOWN THE COURT SYSTEM!  I will post a potpouri of tweets on this subject.... It is past my bedtime so I will resume this later!  Why is it ahuge thorn in my side now?  My crooked landlord  is trying to evict me and I have to fight it in court!  The Notice To Quit has one issue:  Nonpayment of rent for August and September!
