I post Joe's videos in my monthly blogposts oftentimes... whatever I have time for...

Make your own apple cider vinegar and drink it daily, along with using it in recipes and tea. Motivational Doc, Alan Mandel, suggests drink a small glass of water with a T of ACV, or have a tsp of ACV before you eat. It boosts your immunity system. 

Just save your apple skins and cores, freeze them till you have enough to fill a jar. This one is 2Liters so I added water aggressively premixed with 1/4 c sugar. 

Search Dr Sandor Katz on making your own yogurt and sauerkraut. 

I use my large crockpot making yogurt. When ttemp gets to 115°,I add the cultured yogurt, about 1/2 c to a gallon of milk, and put it in jars, then put the jars back in the crock pot with hot water to maintain 115° and save space. It works well that way. I leave the crock plugged in but off because you don't want it to get warmer than 115°. After 6 hrs I usually add a few cups of very hot water to keep it fairly wet to 115°. I use whole milk. If you have farm milk, that's heaven. They do so much to milk these days. Takes out a lot of nature nutrients. They want to move us to nanofoods! How sickening! And that's exactly the plan! To reduce the population!
