The business model that Eden Homes has is very impressive. We know we can't depend on the government, which is tragic! Is FEMA even putting up families in temporary places? Are people getting what is due for insurance? Damage by hailstorms are a large insurance burden - payout. Are hailstorms easy to cause? Thunderstorms easy to cause?

I wonder if Prof Nick discussed the possibility of more ice ages / glacier activity with his geo-constituents in Las Vegas at the convention. I just bet he did! Because he made the video about the ice age and re-thinking what went on. That's like dissertation work! Someone give him an honorary PhD now, anyway! He has already proven himself.
